Membership FAQ

How does annual renewal work? +

Memberships are billed annually. With Stripe recurring billing, renewals are automatic and members receive an email reminder before each renewal date. The Chamber can also send a personal renewal follow-up — see the renewal automation note in the project README.

Is my payment secure? +

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. The Chamber never stores your card details.

Can I upgrade my membership later? +

Absolutely. Contact the office and we'll prorate the difference and update your level at any time.

Is my membership tax-deductible? +

As a 501(c)(6) organization, Chamber dues may be deductible as an ordinary business expense (not as a charitable contribution). Please consult your tax advisor.
